The 122nd High School Day celebration

The highlight of the festival was the energetic kid-led competitions and performances at every skill level. Each level showcased their skills and uniqueness with a unique dance performance. There was infectious passion and energy at every level, which promoted excitement and a sense of unity.

After the thrilling games, a concert was scheduled at the gymnasium of the Ilocos Sur National High School to continue the celebration. The gymnasium was transformed into a lively event environment with bright lights and an exhilarating atmosphere. Teachers and students who wanted to see talented members of the school community perform were among the attendees. At the concert, a range of skills were on exhibit, including dance, singing, and instrumental performances. There was a great feeling of pride and unity in our school as we encouraged and celebrated the accomplishments of our friends. The concert was a fitting way to end the High School Day celebration, leaving everyone feeling joyous and with a lasting memory of the event.

It was an honor to be selected as the Grade 10 festival queen and to be in charge of the Sinulog dance, which showed how committed and diligent my classmates were.
